Nicole joined us at the end of 2011 and impressed straight away with the potential that she showed at the time. However it has been the hard work of the last few months which has really started to fulfil this potential. At the time that Nicole joined Backwell Karate, her aim was to pass her black belt. We hope that Nicole will continue on her upward trajectory to push herself to new heights as a dan grade at the club.

Nicole became the seventh consecutive Backwell Karate member to pass their 1st Dan examination, taking the total number of dan grades that actively train at the club to 19 - a dozen of which have passed a grading within the last three years. Will you be the twentieth?
